Q. How do purchase my order on the site?
To order your purchase :-

- From here, you need to select your shipping methods and click “next” button.
- Next you'll need to choose your payment method then click “next” button.
- After the steps before this have been done, You need to reconfirm your billing details and agree on the terms and condition.
- Click “Confirm Order” to complete the order.

The rate at our website is based on weight. We have all product weight recorded in the system, the total weight is calculated automatically by system from individual weight of each product. We use Posljau rate as our standard.
Q. Is the photo published are actual product?
Yes, it is actual product, 90% close to actual product, but color may vary due to different lighting setup or screen display.
Q. Can I exchange if I bought wrong size?
Yes, you can, but you would have to send the product back to us, and pay for the shipping cost for sending the exchanged product.
Q. Within how many days shall I made payment after order?
Please make payment (if you choose bank transfer) within 48 hours, or your order wil be automatically cancel.
